Returns

Mr. Jamon allows returns up to 15 days after delivery , whenever any of these conditions happe:

1.- Check shipping, if you see that the product is defective or open, do not accept delivery from the carrier. We kindly request that if possible make a photograph of damaged packaging and send it to us : returns@mrjamon.com

2.- If the product is unopened , in original packaging , as it came , you have to write an email with the reason for return to: returns@mrjamon.com

3.- In ham holder´s case,  you can return them if they are defective , you have to write an email with the reason for return to: returns@mrjamon.com

We will send you the instructions with the picking up procedure to return your order .

The products sold by Mr. Jamon have the guarantees and certifications that make them almost imposible to be defective .

Yet as a sign of greater guarantee from us once you open your ham, shoulder or chorizo if defective you can also return it.

In these cases we ask that the product it has been very little used . Returns will only be accepted if it is found that initially is defective , not once advanced consumption.

For this situations please follow the steps :

1.- . Never remove the guarantee seal.

2.- To ensure that the product has its highest quality, you must make the proper cutting and successfully remove the initial fat. Remember to check our cutting instructions that come along with the ham . The amount of fat that comes in the Iberian pieces is greater than other European hams. About 50% of the product is eatable and the rest is not. Remember to remove the initial fat and exterior, keep only the internal fat for consumption.

If you still believe that our product is not in perfect condition , just send us a photo by email with your return instructions and we will proceed to manage it  to info@mrjamon.com .

3.- Once we receive the product and that it does not fulfill the agreed terms , we will make a refund or resend you a new product of the same features as the following table

The shipping costs for returns are free only in case of returns for defective products or packaging. It is necessary to follow the returning procedure , if you use you own delivery agent Mr. Jamon does not guarantee the shipping cost .
